Let's Fly and then, head downstairs to our neighboring brewery, Aigean Ales, for a Flight of their locally crafted beers.
Class will be appropriate for all levels - we will warm up with an Aerial Yoga Flow, then expand into a choreographed sequence in the hammock. Class will be one hour, followed by a quick walk downstairs to the resident brewery within the Waumbec Mill.

It is recommended you have taken at least 2-3 aerial classes to attend this event.
